Our journey
Every fundraiser, every volunteering day and every table we have set up — in order, from the first stall in 2017 to the work happening now. Jump to a year, or scroll the whole story.
Our very first outdoor fundraising stall. Handmade goods, baked treats and framed prints laid out on trestle tables, with a hand-lettered banner strung across the canopy. A small idea, run by students, that turned a weekend into real money for a cause.
The part that matters most: everything raised at the stall going directly to the organisation it was raised for. It set the pattern we have followed ever since — raise it, hand it over, show the receipt.
Our first event under the banner we still use today. Framed nature and landscape prints on display at a community festival, with the team behind the table talking to visitors about where the money goes.
Hours behind the scenes at a donation warehouse — sorting, lifting and loading the goods that keep community programmes running. Unglamorous, essential, and exactly the kind of work we want to keep showing up for.
A full display table at the school market — framed prints, an information board about the cause, and a team ready to explain it. Selling art to students and families turned out to be one of our most effective fundraisers yet.
Every framed piece that leaves our table is a donation in disguise. This was the year artwork sales became a reliable engine for the fundraising, rather than a side table at someone else's event.
Supporting an established annual gala alongside the wider community — lending hands, raising awareness and contributing to a night built around helping neighbours in need.
More hours given on the ground at a local community service centre. Consistency is the point: the same faces coming back, season after season.
Our biggest display yet: framed original prints, a full story board, and a table at the Stepping Stones Foundation event supporting at-risk children. Nine years on from the first trestle table, the model still works — make something beautiful, sell it, give it away.
